Brew Better

Simple brewing support for better coffee at home.

Great coffee does not need to be complicated.

At Be Better Coffee Company, coffee should be part of a simple daily ritual. A moment to slow down, reset and start with intention.

This page is here to help you get the best out of your coffee, whether you are using a home espresso machine, French press, AeroPress, pour over, stovetop or cold brew.

Small changes make a big difference. Grind size, water, dose, timing and consistency all shape the cup. Brew with purpose. Adjust with patience. Enjoy the process.

If your coffee tastes too bitter, harsh or dry, the grind may be too fine or the brew may have gone too long. If your coffee tastes weak, sour or watery, the grind may be too coarse or the brew may have been too short.

First Light

Best for calm mornings, clarity and slower brewing. It works beautifully when brewed black, especially through filter-style methods that let the lighter profile come through.

Try: 20g coffee, 320g water, medium grind, 2:45 to 3:30 brew time.

Daily Discipline

Your everyday medium roast. Designed for routine, consistency, espresso and milk-based drinks.

Try: 18g dose, 36g yield, fine grind, 25 to 30 seconds.

Momentum

A medium to dark roast made for drive, focus and forward movement. Bold, heavier-bodied and lower in acidity.

Try: 18g dose, 34g to 36g yield, fine grind, 25 to 30 seconds.
